Duane and Jamie have served in the pentecostal churches that they have belonged to their entire married life. God called them to become pastors later in life, and they answered His call and finally got their pastoral license in their 30's. They love to encourage others that it is never to late to obey God!
One of the Harrison's passions is working within their community. Prior to moving to Franklin County, they actively did outreach in their communuty. Every Friday night they helped host a free community dinner where they fed about 100 people and showed God's love to those in need. It was a time as a family that they could all serve together. Everyone in the Harrison family are very excited to see what God will do in Franklin County!
Duane and Jamie along with another couple began the long, arduous, journey of starting up a nonprofit organization. The nonprofit; Bridges For Life, was established to interact with families through an innovative "case management" approach.
Through the knowledge they gained, they have a passion for reaching the community they are a part of and they are very excited to bring the knowledge from that experience into their work at Reach Community and to the families in Franklin County.
